This pattern is digital and available in English and Polish.
Jaśmina is a close cousin of Priscilla, your favourite cardigan. She was created in response to both my own desire and yours for a pullover adorned with beautiful, intricate lace patterns and charming, scalloped edges. It is an exceptionally comfortable, everyday sweater, designed for those who love to surround themselves with beauty and romantic details in their daily lives. Jaśmina is a Polish name meaning “jasmine”.
Jaśmina is a romantic pullover with dropped shoulders, relaxed shape, comfy crew neck, straight sleeves that provide bell-like look around the wrists and charming scalloped edges. The sweater is fully made with intricate lace patterns and the collar, hem and cuffs are finished with tiny cables.
It is worked top-down and completely seamless. It starts with the back. After shoulder shaping, the back is worked straight down to the underarm. Stitches for the fronts are picked up along the shoulders and, after neckline shaping, joined and worked straight down to the underarm. Then the front and the back are joined and continued straight down in one piece to the hem. The shoulders are shaped with German Short Rows. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armholes and worked in the round down to the cuffs.
Most of the instructions are represented with the charts. The pattern contains instruction for length modifications and links to helpful video tutorials.
